Join the Institute and Naylor Love for a look at ACC Ōtepoti new office development in Central Dunedin for Dowling Street LP (a partnership between Ngāi Tahu and ACC Investments).

ACC Ōtepoti is the largest inner city office development in Dunedin for many years, providing 8000m2 of floor space over 4 levels. The hybrid structure incorporates concrete, steel and timber elements, complete with warm roof and thermally broken curtain walling. Of note, the curtain walling is embedded with a cultural narrative, befitting the significance of the site location.  

Naylor Love Dunedin Limited has been engaged to complete the works, with a target completion date of mid-2025.
