Join the Institute to take a look at Simplicity Living – Te Reiputa. 

Te Reiputa is Simplicity Living's biggest project yet - with 297 new one and two-bedroom apartments in Mt Wellington, Auckland.

Shane Brealey, Managing Director at Simplicity Living, will take us on a tour of the Te Reiputa site and talk us through what the company is doing. 

Simplicity Living's mission is to build communities with quality and affordable housing through cost effective repeatability, procurement and the power of relationships.

PPE required: Hardhat, steel-capped shoes, high-vis vests
