Description

The annual Hays Construction & NZIOB Salary Guide provides the construction industry with a valuable tool for employers and employees alike. Given the timing of this year’s survey - June 2020 - we took the opportunity this year to add a series of questions that explored the strategic decisions businesses were making in response to the pandemic. The findings are informative and will create a new baseline of data for future years. To supplement the presentation on the 2020 Hays Construction & NZIOB Salary Guide is an overview of the new Triangular Employment Legislation that was implemented in June 2020.
