NZIOB’s new Risk & Audit Committee

In line with the new NZIOB Board cycle, a new Risk & Audit Committee (RAC) has been appointed for the 2021–2023 board term. The new RAC includes NZIOB Chair, John Hemi as the board conduit, and Central Region Members, Natasha Possenniskie and Dave Morris.

Review of NZCIC Design Guidelines

The New Zealand Construction Industry Council (NZCIC) is undertaking a review of the NZCIC Design Guidelines. This first step in the review process is to survey construction industry practitioners via the respective databases of the NZCIC’s 35 member organisations. After the survey, the next step will be to pull together a working group to undertake the update.

XFrame is a commercial spin-out company from Victoria University of Wellington, which is led by Ged Finch, who developed the XFrame concept as his research project for a Master of Building Science degree.
