The NZIOB is pleased to announce we are re-running Warren Holling’s ‘Construction Management’ workshop in Auckland. This workshop was first run in late 2018 and early 2019, with every session sold-out.
The workshop will cover the following:
- Session 1: The Big Picture – How to get the construction methodology right
Thu 8 July, 3:00pm–5:30pm
- Session 2: Picture Planning – How to develop the best strategy to deliver your project
Thu 22 July, 3:00pm–5:30pm
- Session 3: Making it All Work – Getting the full team involved in developing the project delivery detail and how to get the best out of yourself each day
Thu 5 August, 3:00pm–5:30pm
Venue: All sessions are held at Carters, 64–68 Harris Road, East Tamaki, Auckland
Cost: $650 +GST for NZIOB Members / $750 +GST for Non-Members
