The NZIOB Central Region Committee hosted a site visit to Sunset West Apartments in Te Aro Wellington on Tuesday, 11 May. This high-profile building is the first major project for Aoraki Construction, with interest in the striking building design and the new construction company contributing to a well-attended site visit event.

Entries closed for the 2021 NZ Building Industry Awards

Entries for the 2021 New Zealand Building Industry Awards have now closed and the NZIOB is delighted to have received, yet again, a large number of impressive entries. Preliminary judging of the entries will take place next week, with the list of finalists being announced on Monday 31 May.
