About the YPA Committee:
Like many professional membership organisations, the NZIOB is challenged with ensuring its membership offerings and activities are relevant and responsive to the building industry's younger generation. To address this, the NZIOB created a Young Professional Advisors (YPA) Committee, charged with providing a millennial voice on the NZIOB’s National Board and Regional Committees. These YPA roles represent a significant opportunity for emerging talent within the building industry to begin their governance career.
