Standards New Zealand has been commissioned by the construction industry to undertake a review of NZS 3910 Conditions of contract for buildings and civil engineering construction. The first stage of the workstream is for Standards New Zealand to undertake a scoping exercise, a package of work that has been funded by the New Zealand Construction Industry Council (NZCIC) and six government agencies. That scoping exercise is now underway, with Standards New Zealand wishing to obtain the views of the construction industry on NZS 3910, which NZIOB members are asked to contribute to by completing a survey, which will take approximately 15 minutes to complete.
