Description

This year's NZIOB Southern Region Legal Breakfast will discuss and break down a smorgasbord of topics including build-ability, payment claims, retentions, and awarding damages – with an update on COVID-19 requirements for the construction sector. Speakers: Jonathan Pow, a Senior Associate at Tavendale and Partners who practices commercial and corporate law, with a focus on construction, contract, and consultancy advice, and Richard Johnstone of Left Bank Chambers, a practicing Barrister specialising in insurance and construction disputes.
