PANEL EVENT | DUNEDIN | CPD: 3 

 

Join the Institute for a panel event on programming in Ōtepoti | Dunedin followed by breakfast. 

We'll hear from Jesse Parkinson - Senior Project Planner at Inovo Projects who will cover programming focusing on a number of areas including: 

• Contract Programme – intensification of contract requirements, industry statistics
• EOT's – substantiating delays, measuring mitigation
• What makes a healthy programme?
• Programme Updates – baseline and regular maintenance
• With a presentation of recent programme case studies
