Description

PANEL EVENT | WELLINGTON | CPD: 3

The Institute’s ‘Building our Digital Community Conference’ #DigiComNZ2023 in March got us excited about the future of construction in Aotearoa. Join us to keep the conversation going and dive deeper with a panel event to focus on how digital is relevant to your work in the built environment.

Come along to hear more from some of our future thinking speakers from the conference (and new voices too) and have your questions answered.

The panel will be moderated by the BIMinNZ Steering Group Deputy Chair Andrew Field, who is an experienced project director and digital transformation lead in the construction sector. Our panelists will bring perspectives on digital engineering / BIM, Indigenous digital design, and the role of carbon in digitally measuring environmental effects.

Panellists

Jake Nash, BIM Manager at Warren and Mahoney's Wellington Studio

Derek Kawiti, Professor in Māori Designed Environments at the Wellington School of Architecture
