Amy Marks - VP Industrialized Construction & Queen of Prefab

Amy Marks, VP, Industrialized Construction at Autodesk is known throughout the world as the "Queen of Prefab." At Autodesk, she informs product strategy, thought leadership and convergence consulting for customers incorporating industrialized construction methodologies. Prior to joining Autodesk, she defined the language, process and frameworks that are adopted by companies, universities and countries around the world reflecting the convergence of Design-Make-Operate models. Notably, Amy was appointed by the Singapore government's Building & Construction Authority as an international expert to advise its design and construction productivity roadmap. Her thought leadership and tenacity, leading alongside the government and industry, resulted in unprecedented change and innovation - catapulting Singapore to worldwide recognition in the Industrialized Construction space. She is a graduate of the University of Florida and an alumna of the Harvard Business School.

 
 

Melissa Clark-Reynolds – Foresight Practitioner and Professional Director

Melissa Clark-Reynolds works as a foresight practitioner and professional director, with over 25 years’ experience as an entrepreneur and strategist. She has a particular interest in new business models and completed a project for BRANZ in 2017 on new business models for the construction sector with Dr Antony Pelosi from VUW.

Melissa has been the founder and CEO of several high-tech companies. In 2015 she was named Officer of the New Zealand Order of Merit (ONZM) in recognition for her services to technology. Melissa was an Independent Director of Jasmax for 5 years. She trained as a futurist at the Institute for the Future in Palo Alto in 2016. She is a sought-after speaker on emergent trends in a range of sectors including payments, food, farming, entertainment and construction.

Petra Bagust - Kaikōrero, broadcaster, host

Petra has been a voice of influence through television, radio and podcasting in Aotearoa since the nineties, and while her hairstyle has changed, her positivity and charismatic communication certainly hasn’t. Petra brings a wealth of real life experience to the table having navigated the turbulent world of media, balancing the challenges of family life and career, through to partnering with powerful organsations of change both locally and globally. Always engaging, sometimes irreverant, Petra speaks her mind with purpose, clarity and soul.
