These fun bite-sized Light Lunch webinars are a convenient way for you to get to know the people behind those projects and hard hats, without you having to leave your desk. Each Light Lunch we talk with two fabulous professionals currently working in the construction industry.

 
In this Light Lunch we chat with Yu Li, Civil Engineering PhD student at the University of Canterbury & Emily Hall, Master of Architecture Student at Te Herenga Waka- Victoria University of Wellington. Emily and Yu were both named as 2024 Resene Next Gen Winners at the recent NZ Building People Awards with Yu taking out the Next Gen Supreme award also. 

To enter the Next Gen Awards they had to put forward their 'big idea' to shake up the construction industry. We'll be asking them about their ideas along with learning a bit more about them as people. You can read more about Yu and Emily on the awards winners page.
