Join us for a site visit of Gloucester Green.

Gloucester Green is Fletcher Living Canterbury’s latest project within One Central, covering just over a hectare, with a plan to build 120 homes across 10 buildings. Gloucester Green offers a range of one-bedroom, two-bedroom, and three-bedroom residences in an exceptional central Christchurch location. 

Nestled in a prime urban setting with unrivalled access to city amenities, these homes designed by local architect Ikon, are filled with natural light and create an inviting atmosphere. 

 All properties have a Homestar 6 design rating and achieve the Healthy Home Standards.

The visit will be followed by a drink at The Church Pub - thanks to Fletcher Living Canterbury. 

 

Date: Thursday 21st November 
Time: Registration from 4.30pm, followed by induction, presentation and site tour.
Cost:  Free for NZ Institute of Building members; $50 + GST for Non-members
PPE required: Hard-hat, Hi-Viz, Steel Cap footwear
Where to meet: 199 Armagh Street. Site compound, located at the corner of Madras and Armagh Street
Parking: Park in the Margaret Mahey playground Car-park, opposite the site and adjacent to the site compound/registration location
