BIMinNZ transition from the BAC to NZIOB

The NZIOB National Board has approved the transition of the BIMinNZ workstreams from the BIM Acceleration Committee (BAC) across to the NZIOB. A BIMinNZ Steering Group has been established and will work with the NZIOB National Office to deliver projects and events that promote BIM adoption across the construction supply-chain.

The Cordell Construction Cost Index (CCCI) reveals a national increase of 1.6% in the three months to September 2021 down from the 2.2% rise in the previous quarter, but still well above the typical quarterly increase of about 0.8%.
