The Hays Construction and New Zealand Institute of Building (NZIOB) annual salary guide for the building and construction industry is an important survey undertaken for the Institute's members and industry as a whole.
The aim of the guide is to provide accurate and practical information on salaries for those employed in various roles and geographical locations in the New Zealand building industry. This year we have also included an additional section to gain insight into the effects that COVID-19 has had on the industry.
The 16th annual edition is currently being compiled and in order to make it as insightful as possible, we would appreciate you taking the time to share your own experiences with us by completing the survey.
