How can a programme create better productivity, quality, and safety while providing more certainty for all stakeholders, fewer delays, and a fairer claims process when something goes wrong?

The workshops will be hosted by Brigette Knill with subject matter expert Karsten Thomsen and case study by Geoff Nash.

Karsten Thomsen has over 30 years' experience in project management. His presentation will cover programmes and:

Geoff Nash, CEO of Brosnan, will be presenting on Brosnan’s program governance.

He will cover why programmes have been a priority, discuss the journey they have been on, and explain how the programme work has been set up. This will include the programme policy, training guides, templates, internal reports and client Project Control Group meeting reporting, and the impact these changes have had on Brosnan's operations. Additionally, he will address the challenges these changes have brought and reveal how Brosnan continually monitors the quality of the programmes through project reviews, internal programme reviews, training, and focus group discussions.
