Meet the Team – Hayley Larsen

Hayley Larsen, NZIOB’s newly appointed Operations Manager, is responsible for overseeing the operations of the Institute; the activities that further the Institute’s business and marketing objectives. These include providing support for the Chief Executive and the Board, and the various Board and Regional Committees. Hayley is contracted to the Institute for 20 hours per week. She and her business partner own an events management company, Twelve Conferences + Events. Her greatest satisfaction comes from delivering events on time, within budget, which exceed her client’s expectations.

Hayley’s superpower is getting disparate people focused on a common goal and cooperating for the greater good.

Outside work her interests involve her family, she has two children, plays tennis and enjoys the outdoors. As a family, they enjoy bushwalking in the hills, camping, and beach clean-ups. She is also known to produce awesome grazing platters.
