The NZIOB Central Region Committee is hosting a site visit to Sunset West Apartments. Designed by Designgroup Stapleton Elliott for Nightingale Land Investments, this revolutionary apartment building comprises sophisticated, functional one-bedroom apartments that complement the lifestyle of urban-dwellers. The design allows for seamless integration of bedroom and living space, extending outwards onto private balconies. A large sliding ‘wall’ provides valuable privacy when required, and transforms the apartment interior into a cosy oasis when partially or fully closed. The building is due for completion in May 2021.
