On 20 May, the NZIOB Southern Region Committee hosted a student-only site tour of Concision's off-site manufacturing facility. The Concision team arranged for a series of short presentations from their employees, who gave a thorough explanation of the process behind, and benefits of, pre-fabrication and off-site manufacturing. They described the efficiencies gained via in-house modelling and state-of-the art CNC machining, and how these methods result in a high quality and price competitive offering. The Concision team did a great job of explaining what off-site manufacturing can bring to the industry.
