Join Paul Lynch and Berhampore Peleti as they further explore the topic of suicide and mental health during these challenging times. 

Paul will be speaking about the idea that rather than encouraging colleagues to ask for help or asking if they are OK, we should aim to have a lot of little conversations to help each other become unburdened and avoid needing serious help. 

B (Berhampore) will be addressing ways to cope with organisational change, as well as taking care of yourself after losing your job.
