COVID-19 update for the building and construction sector

New Zealand is now well into the full Omicron surge, with case numbers having sky-rocketed over the last two weeks. The explosion in cases has come as the government loosened its strict regulations, including changes to testing and isolation, as the highly transmissible Omicron reduced the effectiveness of the controls that remained.

NZIOB Resene National Student Awards 2022

The NZIOB, in partnership with Resene Paints, has established an awards programme that all students in their final year of a construction-related qualification or carpentry apprenticeship are eligible to enter. Entries open on 1 March 2022.
